it's in the waiting and the wanting that one can loose itself.

stay here. now. in this moment. breathe. 
close your eyes and feel the moment...
really feel it. 
let your body open itself to it.
inhale slowly.
where do you start to feel it?
what does it smell like?
what does it taste like?
where does the breath constrict?
where does the breath resonate outward?

feel your heart open and let this breath pass through. feel it as it expands outwards.

stay here. now. in this moment. just breathe.
